Set up an AVIA Run configurations file

This will allow a user to submit a query with the same parameters each time they submit a new AVIA request. This will override any of the parameters submitted in the "Annotation and Visualization Parameters" section. This configuration will always run based with these configurations and the user's email address. You may change or delete at any time.
